The OWO By Raffles

The richness and extraordinary historical profile of this iconic building lays the foundations for it to have a new life, both as a new Raffles Hotel and OWO (Old War Office) Residences.

A series of outdoor spaces, gardens, roof terraces and courtyards punctuate the building throughout. Some of the spaces require harmony through echoing the indescribable tradition of the architecture and others are brought more dramatically up to date via the selection of modern design and materials.

When the design and construction is complete, each and every corner of this striking building will have new life breathed into it and will, in time, be ready to tell a new and exciting series of stories.
